Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days of being placed. 

During busy periods, processing times may extend up to 5 working days.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times will be shown before you complete your purchase. Domestic (UK shipping is typically 3-5 working days).

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Duties and taxes are included in the final price where applicable, so there should be no unexpected charges on delivery. 

However, in some cases, additional customs or import charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are outside of our control and we are unable to take responsibility for them. 

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
